Pua Says Payment In Progress, any ideas? Hello everybody. Good luck today guys! if anyone gets trough can you ask the rep what this means. does [Massachusetts] payment initiated “Payment Initiated The benefit payment has been approved, but has not yet been issued. Has anyone experienced this? AZ PUA just says "in progress" I cannot get a hold of anyone in the AZ UI offices, they do not take calls. Nearly 2 weeks ago I qualified for pua. We are updating our PUA Payment screen in the near future. [Pennsylvania] my pua finally no longer says "in progress" and says it has been paid to direct deposit but it isnt in my bank account yet. Now I’ve waiting for 2-3 days . Where my situation differs from the other threads I've seen is that I have no: outstanding issues, unresolved Arizona who's PUA claim still says in progess? Normally we get the the benefit pay date on Monday morning. I can’t contact anyone using the number on the PUA site because the line is always busy.
