I am happy to be upfront with BCG about it, but wondered if it's the kind of Employment verification, checks addresses, confirms education, criminal history, and includes you uploading vaccination status. I was under the impression my future employer would be picking up the phone to verify employment dates etc. Not sure maybe just being anxious. Just finished my first round with BCG.
